You’ll work on real projects from day one — contributing to products that are actively being built, improved, and used. Depending on your role, this may include developing features, designing interfaces, improving infrastructure, analyzing data, or supporting product growth.

You’ll collaborate with a small, focused team, take ownership of your work, and have the space to propose ideas, improve processes, and influence the final outcome.

Our compensation model rewards both your effort and your stake in our success.

You’ll receive 50% of your pay as a standard cash salary, and 50% as a share of profits from Nick Enterprises and its projects.
